About the position:

Helping maintain the well being and organisation our stock, working alongisde a partner in order to ensure all the following responsibilities are kept. Our stock count can at times increase by over a thousand a day.

Responsibilities

  • To execute the receiving and dispatching of stock to and from technicians, harvesting dept and customer returns.
  • Raise delivery notes against the relevant accounts.
  • Return parts to customer after repair.
  • Ensure all stock has correct locations.
  • Perpare stock requirements timeously.
  • Prepare parcels correctly and in time for collection by courier company.
  • Draw required stock and keep Bin Cards correctly updated.
  • Maintain effective stock control at all times.
  • Administer all paperwork and delivery notes as per defined procedures.
  • Ensure minimum and maximum stock thresholds are maintained at all times.
  • Take part in stock take.

Experience:

  • Stores or warehouse experience essential.
  • Be able to work usupervised and meet set deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literacy essential.

Customer Services Apprenticeship:

About the position:

  • Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organisation or department.
  • Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvments to customer service.
  • Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff.
  • Learning about your organisation's products or services and keepng up to date with changes.

No experience is required for this position and all the necessary training will be provided.


Electrical Technician Apprenticeship:

About the position:

Within this postition you will be diagonosing customer faults and repairing sets. Working closely with components and firmware.
